Two flats have been created as part of the conversion of a public house. The smaller uses its minimal 35m2 carefully to provide a double bedroom, sitting room, eat-in kitchen and shower room – all with smart bespoke joinery. The larger, home to the architect, has its bed and bathrooms below a large, new sitting, dining and kitchen space. This opens onto a planted roof deck, and is flooded with natural light from all directions. The space welcomes equally one person or 100.
