Central London Mews House Two

Our second house in this mews near Marylebone High Street is fully new build. Its four levels provide 280m2 of floor area, maximising the potential of the 75m2 site for a family with six children. There is now a traditional piano nobile living, dining and kitchen space, a master bedroom suite of a study, bedroom, Japanese bathroom and shower room, and an internal courtyard that is invisible from the world outside. The front façade is still in design, but it seeks to add to the tradition of the central London townhouse, and set up an aesthetic conversation with the many varied neighbours of its context.
