Egerton Place

An awkward and complex apartment in a 19th century building required full renovation and complete layout reversal. Significant structural changes were challenging in a fully occupied luxury building converted laterally from two houses. The results were transformative and provide ideal spatial flow, en-suite bathrooms, extensive storage and fine materials. All requirements of the Wellcome Trust as landlord were satisfied.
